With five interviews completed for the AMAZING Life Together More Time for Love Webinar, we are without words to describe just how excited we are to share them with you! Sitting across from the Love Inspirers, I have continually been awe-inspired by their courage, love, and passion to share their story in an effort to help others live a more AMAZING Life Together! We have been blown away by the knowledge, tips, and reminders that we have taken from each and every interview!

Last week, I told Ashley and Jeremy that I think I am going to have to replay their video over and over and over again… maybe it will be the way that we start each morning! Lol! Ashley and Jeremy shared their love story and included so many life lessons about sacrifice and putting each other first.

A few months ago in conversation, Ashley mentioned to the group of people we were with how grateful she was to Jeremy for his support and encouragement to live her dream of being a photographer. She was so excited to be able to give back to Jeremy by encouraging him and inspiring him to start his very own cinematography business. As Ashley shared her gratitude, she said it in such a way that I think will always stay with me. I think it struck a cord because I feel that same gratitude for Ryan. If it were not for him, his encouragement, sacrifice, and support, Elizabeth Ryan Photography (our original brand) would still have been a dream. (And that means Liz and Ryan would likely not be here either! Ahhh! That is crazy to think about).

Ashley and Jeremy took me right to that place of gratitude and reminded me so much of the sacrifices that we have made for each other in order to make our dreams come true. Sometimes we forget about the most challenging times because we are so grateful for the AMAZING ones! However, reflecting back with gratitude and celebrating the challenges we have made it through together is definitely something that we should do more frequently! ;)

We have been talking about the gorgeousness of Veritas Winery since our first visit there with Amanda and Bobby! I call it my “happy place” because as soon as we pull into the driveway, I can feel the excitement coming from my smile. Yes, the wine is good… well, great, actually! But, the gorgeous surroundings and the super fun décor bring about an AMAZING sense of comfort and excitement for me! I could not wait to come back to this happy place and when we did, I knew it would be even more magical than we had remembered it!

A few weeks ago (actually, I am pretty sure we started talking about it before we even got off the bus in January), we dreamed of this fun adventure to soak in this beautiful life with Justin, Mary, Jeremy and Ashley. After living with them on a bus for 3+ weeks, we find it hard to be apart! Lol. Let’s just say, we will be planning many adventures to reunite and soak in this beautiful life with them! ;)

Our first What’s Next Crew reunion took place in Charlottesville, VA on Wednesday! In the mix of this adventure we are on, filming the videos for the AMAZING Life Together Webinar, this little escape to soak in this beautiful life was EVERYTHING that we needed! Reuniting with these friends is always a special treat. Honestly, we could probably all meet up at a random hotel in the middle of nowhere and be overjoyed… but meeting up in the gorgeous Charlottesville was like a dream come true. Actually… it was a dream come true complete with the magicalness that we hoped for! We spent the day frolicking (lol… not really kidding! ;) ) around the gorgeousness of Pippin Hill Farm and Veritas Winery. Both places are literally breathtaking! As we sat on the beautiful patio overlooking the AMAZING mountains… we enjoyed some tasty wine and incredible food while soaking in this beautiful life.

We could not be more grateful for these AMAZING friends who always remind us of what is most important in life!… Spending time with those we love and soaking in this beautiful life are definitely two of those things! ;) Check and Check! ;) Wednesday was definitely an AMAZING day!

BTW… both Pippin Hill and Veritas are gorgeous wedding venues! ;) GORGEOUS! As you may be able to tell, we made our way to the bridal suites at each location to scope everything out and dream of the AMAZINGNESS of shooting a wedding there! All of us were crazy excited about the possibilities! I am just saying… if you are interested in having your wedding at either of these locations, we know a few photographers and cinematographers who would be happy to take care of your needs! ;)

Life can be crazy.  In the past week we’ve been to Portland, OR, flew home, photographed an AMAZING engagement session that we can’t wait to share more of soon, drove down to North Carolina, Interviewed Lara and Ari, drove back up to Richmond, interviewed Katelyn and Michael, then drove over to Virginia Beach to interview Ashley and Jeremy and finally, drove over to Charlottesville, VA to relax and hang out with friends and enjoy this AMAZING Life together.

Although crazy, and nothing like we could have ever imagined, (learning how to setup and run 3 video cameras, plus audio while Liz interviews our love inspirers has definitely been interesting), these are the moments we will look back on and cherish together.  Life can fly by so fast.  Someone asked us earlier this week, with everything you’ve been doing lately, how do you keep the focus on your marriage too?  And our simple response was we try to soak in each moment together and appreciate life as it happens.

As Liz prepared to interview Katelyn and Michael, I sat behind the camera and just appreciated the moment.  Today, whatever it is you do, we hope that you will do the same!

One of the coolest things so far about filming the interviews for the AMAZING Life Together Webinar has been hearing each Love Inspirers story.  It has reminded us that each couple, no matter how long they have been married, has so much we can learn from and apply to our own marriage.  As a husband and wife business team, Liz and I often have to make big decisions that we don’t always agree own or don’t know the right answer to.  As Liz interviewed Katelyn and Michael they shared with us how they make big decisions together at the turning points of their lives.  If you are a couple that works together or are just looking to learn how other couples make big decisions together at the turning points in their lives, then you won’t want to miss Katelyn and Michael’s session “Turning Points – Making Big Decisions Together.” We hope you will join us April 26th and 27th but for now, enjoy this little preview from Katelyn and Michael and have an AMAZING day!

Yesterday was such an AMAZING treat! It was my birthday! (WAHOO!) and that makes the day super special already! ;) But this day was so much more than my birthday!!! It was one of those days that I will forever remember in my heart!

A few weeks ago, as we were planning out the logistics for the AMAZING Life Together Webinar, we knew we would be traveling down to North Carolina on my birthday to film Lara and Ari’s Love Story. Knowing that we would be surrounded by Lara and Ari on my birthday was so exciting to me, but I had no idea just how special it would be!

As I sat across from them on their cozy couch in the comfort of their bright southern home, I found myself getting emotional as they poured their heart out. They shared their story and as I fought back the tears, goosebumps filled my body. They passionately described the ups and the downs in hopes that their story will touch the lives of others! As the words poured from their hearts, I couldn’t help but thank God for the most AMAZING birthday gift I could have ever dreamed. I have tears in my eyes just thinking about the amazing blessing of their gifts in our lives!

We have been saying over and over again that even if we only have the ability to touch one other couple’s lives, this whole webinar is well worth it! And I can honestly say that has already happened! Hearing from Karen and Isaac and Lara and Ari already has taught Ryan and I more than we could have ever dreamed. As I sat there on the couch yesterday, I once again was reminded that this Webinar is so much bigger than us! SO much bigger!!! And we could not be more grateful for this gift and opportunity to share so many incredible INCREDIBLE stories with you all!

Yesterday, started out with breakfast in bed (thanks to my AMAZING husband, Ryan)! And as perfect as that was, I had no idea that was just the beginning of one incredibly AMAZING start to my 29th year (yes, Ryan just confirmed that means I just turned 28) ;)! On our way down to North Carolina, I said to Ryan, “Instead of my friends coming to me for a birthday party, I feel like we are on a week long birthday adventure where we get to see so many AMAZING people in our lives!” What a special birthday treat! ;)

Hanging out with Lara and Ari (and Grace, too!) was SUCH A BLESSING!!! Lara, Ari, and Grace, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for sharing your hearts and opening up your home with such a warm southern greeting! ;) Honestly, words cannot describe how grateful we are!

We finished off this incredibly AMAZING day with Brooke and Tony and Jessie and Mike (my cousins who live in NC!!!) and they made me feel like the most special girl in the world! ;) With balloons on their porch and a happy birthday banner in their home… they know how to make a girl feel extra special! ;) We enjoyed Brooke and Tony’s AMAZINGly perfect southern front porch and sipped on our porch wine (wine in a box, of course!) as we toasted to the warmness in our hearts that made us feel right at home! ;)

That is happy, my friends! (Thanks to everyone who made my Birthday so magical! Between the hugs, messages, texts, calls, etc… you all give me the biggest smiles and warm my heart in special ways! ;) Thank you!!)

On the opposite side of the country, the lights were set, the room was arranged, and the nerves were flowing. Less then a month earlier we had sent a crazy email. It was the kind of email that you almost can’t take seriously at first. It was a crazy idea that we were now turning into a reality. On a plane to Las Vegas at 6:00 a.m. in the morning, I had a vision. Our passion for marriages and helping couples live a more amazing life together had been brewing in the back of our minds for the past several months. We launched the registration for our Amazing Life Escape and started taking nominations for The Amazing Marriage Project, but our desire to help couples immediately would not disappear. The thought continued to linger, “What can we do right now in this moment that could change the lives of couples? How can we, married just 5 years, help other marriages of all lengths become just a little more AMAZING?” It was in that moment, on a flight to Las Vegas, that we knew exactly what we needed to do.

The first e-mail went out to Karen and Isaac without expectation or any idea what they would say. But we knew one thing, they had a marriage we respected and we wanted them to be involved with our crazy idea. And in that moment, the AMAZING Life Together More Time for Love Webinar was born.

Fast-forward one month, in Karen and Isaacs living room I gently knelt down behind the camera and we were ready to begin filming. On Wednesday we interviewed Karen and Isaac for the  AMAZING Life Together More Time for Love Webinar.  Although only our first interview, I knew in that moment, that what we were about to embark on would be bigger than anything we’ve ever done before.

Liz spoke with Karen and Isaac for over an hour and Karen and Isaac shared their hearts with us in hopes that together, just maybe, we could help one couple have a better relationship.

Karen and Isaac, AMAZING parents of two beautiful children, now married for 12+ years, allowed themselves to be vulnerable for us, vulnerable for you. One of the things that sticks in my mind the most was the admission that their first five years of marriage were “awful.” But yet, they didn’t give up. They realized that life isn’t about themselves, it’s about serving each other, it’s about love and learning how to love each other in the best ways possible and in the toughest moments. And now 12 years in, they can proudly say that they have a truly AMAZING marriage.

I sat behind the camera, and in that moment, I realized that what we once just dreamed about was becoming a reality. The words Karen and Isaac choose to describe their session “Immeasurably More” struck me hard. Love is amazing. Marriage is amazing. Join us and turn your life together into something that is immeasurably more than you could ever imagine.
